Saying goodbye to a Garden- the Dallas Morning News

sketch to final piece created for the Dallas Morning News, Life &Arts section. The story was about a woman saying goodbye to a garden, her mother who died and her mother's garden that was left in her passing....

here is the finished butterfly piece...brought the hair out more in the front in the second and little changes here and there. Working digital in with watercolor = fun.
